Strawberry Cheesecake and Holiday Cheer

This blog post was started right at a year ago... oops.

Even though this blog post is super late the meaning behind it is still the same.

As we start gearing up for the holiday season most of us start to reflect on the previous year. We look back on major moments. We recall instances that brought us joy. For me I start to think about all of the experiences that I'm thankful for from the year.

I'm thankful for: the relaxing waters of Weiss Lake, the breath taking views from Cherokee Rock Village, incredible deserts (ones I've made and ones made by someone else), the serenity my own back yard brings, majestic sunsets, hiking adventures at Little River Canyon, the excitement of Youth Football, the magic of Seven Magic Mountains, the eye opening views of the Grand Canyon and so much more.

During this crazy time of year take a moment to reflect on things that have brought you joy this year. The big and small things.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season!

Like most travelers I dream of visiting all 50 states. Check out this nifty post from the Washington Post where you can create a fun graphic that you can share to document how well traveled you are. O
